4. Next Steps Proposal – After the consultation, you’ll receive a custom proposal if you want to move forward.

• What will I get from the consultation?

  One-on-one guidance from a licensed architect tailored to your project and space. This conversation helps clarify your ideas, uncover opportunities or challenges, and give you confidence about your next steps. No plans or drawings are included.

• Who will be conducting my consultation?

  Either Roberto or Amy will be available for your in-home consultation, depending on our schedules. You’ll be notified in advance who will be meeting with you.

• What areas do you serve?
  We offer in-home consultations in Rockland and Westchester Counties, NY and Bergen County, NJ. For projects outside these areas, please reach out and we can discuss options — we may be able to accommodate travel depending on the project.

• How long is the consultation?
  Typically 60 minutes.

• Do I have to hire you afterward?
  No — the consultation is a standalone service. You can book it without any commitment to move forward.

• Is the consultation fee credited if I hire you?

  Should you decide to move forward with our services after the consultation, the cost of the in-home consultation will be partially credited toward your project account.

• What should I prepare?
  Photos, measurements, or just your ideas — no special preparation is required.

• What happens after the consultation?
  Following your consultation, we’ll provide a tailored proposal with professional recommendations and potential next steps. There’s no obligation to move forward — you only proceed if you’re ready.
