We’re ready to update our exterior - help us find our curb appeal!

These clients love their home on the interior — well planned renovations inside check off all boxes on this couple’s list. But, the outside is an entirely different situation. Not updated since the home’s original construction in the 1980’s, these clients were ready to embark on an exterior refresh, but didn’t quite know where to begin.

Our new proposed exterior includes minimal structural changes at the front entry volume including a small metal roof, new cementitious vertical and clapboard siding, and new lighting. New entry doors, roofing, windows and landscaping will complete this exterior renovation. Goodbye builder’s spec home, hello curb appeal!
